Does anyone go to the recipe room?

I just posted my first recipe and wondered if anyone will really see it. It's for "Lick the Bowl" Good Yocheese in the Dessert category. It's such a good recipe that it would be a shame for it to go unnoticed.

Is there a proper way to let people know there is a new recipe? Is it inapprpriate to post this in the Main Lobby?

TIA,

WOW! You should really check out the recipe room...there are a whole lot of 'clean plain foods' simply put together into a great meal....ya know like meats, eggs, cheese, fish, fruits....too many too mention.

[COLOR=Navy]bybs54, I agree with you. Many recipes are just combinations of "clean" lc foods, but put together to make up tasty new meals. I check out the recipe room every once in a while and only try the recipes that fit my woe. I've posted a few recipes, too. I think it's a great way to keep our menus interesting and out palates pleased.
I LOVE to cook and find new ways to make my lc woe a permanent one and recipe sharing is the best way. I even made up a new recipe the other night and after I tweak it I'll post it there, too.

Anne

Just because we use the recipe room doesn't mean we don't eat clean.

I had a hard time finding it too.

I had to click on my name to read my posts and there it was.

Now I can't even find it that way.

I'll check the recipe room and then copy those I like. That way I have my own cookbook of recipes that I want not a published cookbook that someone else put together.

I agree with you too, Anne! Finding ways to retrofit recipes to make them low carb is the key to making this a permanent lifestyle, and it is absolutely key to converting our husbands and family. Just because I can eat a sauteed chicken breast and salad unadorned doesn't mean my husband will. If I expect others to eat low carb with me, I have to make it interesting.

[COLOR=Navy]I just visited Linda Sue's site again, and now I have got to try the Cauliflower "Popcorn" recipe. What a great snack that will be if it works.

Tried it!!!! Like it!!! Will made it again, only I can only make one serving at a time for portion control. That,s what is so nice about this recipe, it,s so easy to make.

Thank you
