Chicken Cordon Bleu- HELP!

Hi guys
i want to make chicken cordon bleu with bacon and cheese. i found some great recipes here- but i have a stupid question- do i cook the bacon before i wrap it in the chicken? Thanks!!!!!

You know, I've never heard of Chicken Cordon Bleu made with bacon...I've only used the traditional ham and Gruyere (or Swiss).... But it might be a nice twist! If it were me, I probably would par-cook the bacon a bit in the micro or something...only because it would be a bit less greasy for one thing and also a little firmer in texture.
