I just ate the best thing

I had barely eaten a thing today ( been runnin bonkers all day with work ) anyhoo... I came home and wanted something quick and I had bought these low carb flat breads at the supercenter to try. I cut one in half and broiled till crispy, then I sauteed a little onion, tomato and mushroom in olive oil w/ tomato basil and garlic seasoning. I put this on the flat bread with a sliced up chicken breast and mozzarella cheese till melted !! Was the best low carb version of a pizza you could find, really hit the spot !

Was 4 carbs for 1/2 the flat bread.

" I cannot," never accomplished anything. "I will try"

We found those too. My dd really liked them. I'll have to pass on the pizza idea. I'm trying to get her more involved in cooking for herself. HA! She's 14!! lol

I am making fajitas tonight with them, my kids won't even know the difference. They also make an awesome grilled cheese.

Yes, Sharon. Mmmmmmmm grilled cheese. Have to try that. I didnt think they tasted cardboardy at all argo2d. I used them before low carb for a mediterranean breakfast I love where you dip flatbread in olive oil and eat with egg, veggies and zatar.
Mmmmmmmmmm I could still eat that now !
