i dont think i spelled it right, but put all the pizza fixins together, put on tortillias smash,fry up cut up and use tomatoe sauce, one of the flavored kinds, yum!

i think you meant 'quesadillas' (typically grilled cheese but using tortillas) but i'm not sure which thread you were responding to. i'm curious now!

he he. sorry, i know how to spell it, and i know it didnt look right, was doing this as i was fixing my coffee this morning
anyways, i wasnt replying to a post, but i made these yesterday, and it was nice having a little crunch, like a pizza pocket, just thought it might be a good quick lunch,hope ya like it |

I do this all the time, Latortilla factory torillas and sauce and lots of toppings , slap it in the toaster oven and in a few minutes heaven!

Yes here in Canada we have a low carb tortilla, the carb count is a bit high (10)so I don't have them often, but I put marble cheese, chicken, brushetta mix in one 1/2, start the pan off with a decent amount of olive oil and then on 1/2 the tortilla put chicken and cheese and then the tomato, flip it over, the cheese oozes out the size and sort of fries in the oil and gets crispy, these torillas for some reason crisp up really nice. I serve them with taco sauce and full fat sour cream. yummy ! a bit messy if they are good and loaded.
