Stallone Pudding Tweaks

I just got my order in from netrition, I had ordered 1 can each of the stallone puddings to try before buying a case. I preferred the chocolate over the vanilla, they both tasted like fat free puddings to me which I never liked in the past. The chocolate I could eat straight from the can but IMO the vanilla was too sweet taste.

Ok now for the tweaks........ I folded in some the 0 carb whipped cream in a can into the chocolate and now it's great tasting. For the vanilla I added 1 tsp banana Davinci, used a tiny little wire whisk to mix it up to get lumps out then folded in some of the whipped cream. I will try butterscotch Davinci next time and see if I like it as well. These will make a great pudding filling for cakes and no cooking on the stove, just pop open a can!!! I bought them for the high protein content 20 grams per can. The chocolate mix i made was like a chocolate mousse I will now buy cases on my next order. If you don't have the canned whip cream just adding in some heavy cream would work fine.

Thanks!!!

I do something similar!! Though I do like the taste of the puddings as is, I add in 2 T. of heavy cream to fit my needed fat ratios. Then I add a bit of Davinci and put it back in the fridge. It is just heavenly.

So far I've tried the following =

Vanilla + Cream + Eggnog Syrup
Vanilla + Cream + Banana Syrup
Vanilla + Cream + German Chocolate Cake
Vanilla + Cream + Raspberry
Vanilla + Cream + Raspberry and Coconut

I need to start playing with my chocolate, next. . . .

Thanks for the ideas. I want to try the pudding in LindaSue's Mocha Hazelnut Torte as the filling. I would add a little instant coffee to the chocolate pudding.

I prefer the vanilla over the choc but just eat them plain. I will need to remember the tweaking for a treat or dessert. I eat them before a workout - I feel like I am cheating, but I'm not!
