Shelf life of boiled eggs?
How long will boiled eggs keep without being refrigerated?

While salmonella is destroyed in properly prepared hard-cooked eggs, after cooking, spoilage can occur more quickly than in fresh shell eggs. Cool hard-cooked eggs quickly after cooking, refrigerate them in their shells promptly after cooling, and use them within one week.

Thats what I figured.
I was hoping to take some boiled eggs with me to keep in our hotel refrigerator but our flight is 5 hours so I guess they wont make it about 7 hours unrefrigerated. Bummer! |
