Kraft cheese slice (1g carb), divided into 16 little squares, put on parchment paper, microwave until they stop popping, let cool and enjoy, cheese crackers. They are really good if you sprinkle them with garlic salt. String cheese. Homemade beef jerkey.

I used cheese and olives alot. I also bought a dehydrator and made my own beef jerky.

string cheese.... i like it plain,.. or fried with some garlic salt (my version of cheesy garlic bread minus the bread)

baked pepperoni slices (be careful not to bake too long!!)

sliced deli meats rolled up alone or with some cheese.....

leftovers from prior meals make good snacks too,..

WATER WATER WATER! *laugh* it helps me feel fuller so i snack less,....

and i admit that in a pinch i will have low-carb candy/candybars.....

When I do induction my only snacks are hard boiled eggs. Sometimes with a dab or mustard on them.
