Freezing Hoods LC milk?
Is this possible?? I only use this once in awhile for a few recipes and always have to throw it out before it goes bad. When my grandbaby was here it dawned on me that my DDIL sends along frozen breast milk for us to feed the baby. It made me wonder if we can freeze the Hood's milk??

Certainly worth a try. I read some where that the best way to freeze regular milk is in ice cube trays.
It may separate or get weird when thawing. But if using in a recipe no one would know. I think the article also says something about it is only good for 2 months- even frozen. |

I buy 2 0r 3 cartons at a time & freeze them ! Yes, it seperates but after thawing out, just shake it up real good & its ready to use, It will get foamy after you shake it but let sit for a few minutes.
good luck ! |
