lamb chop help PLEASE
So, I go to the store. DD loves lamb chops so I bought a package. Just realized taht I will not be having mint jelly with them this time. That's the only way I've eaten them. Any ideas? I will be cooking them on the grill. How do I season them?
TIA< Wendi |

Lamb chops are my absolute favorite! Grilled with just salt and pepper and maybe a dash of worchestershire is the best, and then put a pat of butter on top to serve them. The recipe in the back of the Atkins book with a mustard and red wine sauce is also out-of-this world, although you pan-fry them. They're good with pesto and extra parmesan melted on top or with blue cheese dressing on top or with a sauce of chopped tomatoes, garlic, oregano and basil. Enjoy your meal! Wish I was having lamb chops too!

I've decided to make a sauce of mint, cucumber, salt, peper, and yogurt cheese. I think it's called tzatziki sauce. I have this all the time with greek food, but have never made it myself. Here goes...wish me luck

I love lamb. I am making rack of lamb for a party tomorrow night. I'm smearing the racks with dijon mustard and coating w/ garlic, rosemary, salt and pepper then roasting. I had it at someone's house once and it was awesome. It would work on chops, too.
