There are several. CVS's private label is sugar free, as well as Trader Joe's Tahitian Blend. I'm sure there are even more.

You should be able to get the spice Islands in just about any grocery store.

You can order vanilla beans over the internet if you really want to make your own.

I get no sugar added vanilla at Whole Foods. Wild Oats and Vitamin Cottage also carry brands with no sugar.

Trader Joe's Pure Bourbon Vanilla Extract. Ingredients: vanilla bean extractives in water, alcohol. It's also very tasty!! Actually, there are a number of pure vanilla extracts that don't contain sugar. It's harder to find in imitation extracts.

But here's my question: Does it really make that much difference? According to the USDA, a teaspoon of vanilla extract (artificial or natural) has between 1/10 and 6/10 of a gram of carb in it, presumably from sugar. I have used it with no negative affects. Is it really a big problem?
