Sherrilee's Waffles + Carbquik = AWESOME!

I needed about 1/2 c of CQ to get the right batter consistency.
For the buttermilk, I used 1 Tbsp buttermilk powder and 1/4 cup vanilla Davinci.
WOW, what a nice big, fluffy, moist, crisp on the outside Belgian Waffle. The whole family LOVED em!!
Sherrielee, your recipes and website are terrific.

Are you subbing the carbquick for Atkins bake mix??

Sorry that wasn't more clear, yes I replaced the Atkins bake mix (trying to avoid soy) with CQ. We had them again this morning, with sliced strawberries and strawberry Davinci's, and SF Whipped Cream...delish!

I want to confirm that you did not add any additional liquid to reconstitute the buttermilk powder except for the Davinci syrup?
