Dip recipe?
I like to dip veggies and pork rinds, does anyone have a good recipe for dips that are atkins friendly?

Have you ever bought the Hidden Valley Ranch packets and made your own instead of buying Ranch? Well I did last night and put equal parts whole cream, sour cream and mayo...yummmy!!!! I can't wait for lunch to have my veggi's!! Probably only about 1-2 carbs per 2T.

If you like clam dip, try this:
Take an 8 oz box of softened cream cheese, garlic powder, some worcestershire sauce for taste, and a small can of mince clams (undrained) and beat together until creamy. Tastes great ... just makes me miss the potato chips! I think this would be a good dip for pork rinds though. |

This is more of a "cheeseball" than a dip, but is good spread on porkrinds and celery!
8 oz cream cheese (8 carbs) 2 pkgs Buddig type sliced beef (2 carbs) 1/2 cup onion, diced very small (5.5 carbs) 2 tbsp Worchestire sauce (5.5 carbs) Slice meat into small bite size pcs and onion too. Mix all well. Makes alot. Better the next day! YUMMY! |
