Oils

Hi,
I just bought some coconut oil and some peanut oil.
Could you tell me what all you guys use both for?
Thanks, it would really help.
I been using mostly olive and canola.

Peanut oil is good for frying and stir fry because it has a high smoke point, meaning it won't burn. I looked up coconut oil and it says it's used commercially for frying and in commercially produced baked goods.
