The first one i made wasn't great because i had to use chocolate pudding and raspberry jello. Which generally i like but it didn't taste like i thought it would so tonight i am making it the right way I can't wait to try this version

I have made it with chocolate pudding and cherry jello, yum. I use 1 cup water and 1 cup ccd milk or all water is good too. If you use the instant pudding you need to add them both to cold water and whisk well to get all lumps out. I then just heat this in the microwave for 2 minutes and pour into ramkins.

bethstarr - I just noticed nobody answered your question about Master Cook. It's software that you can enter a recipe in and it also gives you a breakdown on nutrition info. It does a lot more - it's a good program.

I made one yesterday to experiment..I love a flaxseed meal crust. 1 cup of.meal, one egg white, bit of butter, splenda, and cinnamon..pressed into a Pammed shell and baked until firm.

Then I mixed up strawberry jello in a pan of 1 cup of boiling water..Then I took it off the stove and added 1/2 cup CC milk and then added SF banana pudding and mixed with a whisk until it was smooth..Poured it into the cooled shell and it was quite firm in several hours. Top with your favorite topping..
This was a fruitless pie..

I also got some pistachio pudding and lime jello to try together, too..

I forgot to mention, I made the pie the other night and it was awesome!! I cut up strawberries and half of a bananna added the pudding/jello mixture and then topped with a few more strawberries and then when i served it i put a dollop of S.F. cool whip. My mom was impressed with it too. She said are u sure this dessert is really that healthy? She thought it was just to good to be true...So now i have to share

Ladies after reading this now I REALLY want to make a pie or something along the line...prob is I dont have all those stuff in the house right now.... What can I do with

A packet of SF chocolate pudding mix
A Packet of orange jello

and also carbquick...maybe a crust??

Can I do a pie or something like that wth these ingridients??? Also for pudding mix it says to use milk...do you think it will work if I use just water? Thanks

Does anyone know how to make this into a coconut type pie? I was thinking of using vanilla pudding with coconut milk, but what kind of jello? Any suggestions appreciated.

What if you used plain gelatin with either davincis coconut syrup or coconut extract or both? In essence, make your own coconut jello. I believe one packet thickens the same as a regular pkg of jello, enough for 2 cups of liquid. So it would be interchangeable with the regular jello.

I think you'd need more sweetener too because the Jello is pre-sweetened. HTH

This is the DEVIL! Made one yesterday....dewberries (like blackberries) that I had picked the night before. Topped with SF mixed fruit jello and SF cheesecake pudding. It's GONE today. I ended up mixing the jello with hot water then adding my almond milk/cream mixture and pudding at the end. It clumped up pretty bad, but with a wiz in my magic bullet came out great!!!
Just made one with cherry pie filling on the bottom and sf black cherry jello and sf cook n serve chocolate......It's in the freezer chilling for after dinner. We're having friends over.....they'll be surprised!

Thanks for the fantastic recipe! This one is a KEEPER!!!

I made this 2 days ago..... its gone too! LOL!

I have already bought more ingredients to make again! I LOVE it! I made it exactly like the original recipe.... it's so good I don't dare modify it.

I just happened to have made some of KevinPa's sugar cookies made with carbalose flour , so I used this as my "crust". I put a cookie on the bottom, cut a piece of the pie and put it on top of the cookie and then added whipped cream on top!

Delicious and very filling...... THANKS Carolyn for another winner!

Just made this and it is in the fridge setting up now. Looks wonderful and the sample bite tastes great. I'll definitely try this with raspberry and maybe peach. Yum

From reading this page, I guess I'm supposed to put in SF Jello along with the pudding. Well, I have a FINE vanilla soup hardening in the fridge. I made a crust with oat bran and raw almonds (in the Magic Bullet-they became a coarse powder) and Smart Blend with DaVinci's SF Hazelnut syrup. Then cut up fresh, organic strawberries went in to be "cooked" by the Cook and Serve Vanilla Pudding. Oh, well! If it doesn't harden up, I have some great smoothies coming up this week!

I love to mix the instant chocolate and vanilla puddings together. They taste like Milk Chocolate. I also love to add hazelnut syrup to banana cream puddings.

And add lemon to a mix of lemon sf pudding and cheesecake pudding. I find the Jello cheesecake to be way too sweet, but cut with lemon pudding and additional lemon, it's like a very expensive mousse.
