Dannon Light & Fit Carb Control Yogurt

I just tried these and they tast pretty darned good. 3 carbs. I tried the raspberries 'n cream and I also purchased peaches 'n cream. Small container - just the right amount for a snack. On sale at Publix for $1.59 for four small cartons.

I also like the Blue Bunny but can't always make it to Super Walmart.

I just tried the vanilla cream too. I added a heaping tablespoon of low carb granola and it was great. It is nice to have a quick, easy and different breakfast.

I love them too, (esp. the raspberry creme!) but they are a little sweet to me. So, I take regular plain yogurt or yocheese and mix it together with the Dannon...it adds that tartness I love in yogurt, and makes 2 servings out of one package!

If you call the company the tell them how much you love them, like I do, they will send you some coupons for 50 cent off and one for a FREE pack.

I LOVE EM!!! I almost cried when I tried that yogurt. I had been on atkins almost 2 months with nothing fruity and creamy. Let me just say.... pure heaven.

You also gotta try the CarbSmart Strawberry Ice Cream. Yummy!

I bought some this week on sale and had a coupon, so I decided to taste one this morning and see what everyone is raving about. I have the raspberries 'n cream. I thought it wasn't sweet enough and had very little flavor. Definitely a disappointment and I'd never pay full price for them. Even on sale and with a $1 off coupon, it only brought them down to the .39 each that I've been paying for Kroger's yogurt and the cups are 2 ounces smaller.

I haven't tried the fruit flavors, but I didn't think the vanilla cream was sweet enough and wouldn't have enjoyed it that way at all. I added a couple of drops of liquid Splenda along with the granola and it was really good then. I also wouldn't pay full price for them. Just not enough in those cups, but I would buy them again on sale.

I thought the raspberry wasn't sweet enough either but one packet of Splenda cured that!

My son and I fought over them! They are TOO small, though!

Have to add my two cents - the vanilla creme is excellent! They are mild, but oh so nice to have flavored yogurt as a quick-to-grab snack.

I think they're worth the money!

I was very disappointed in them especially the LC blue bunny. The SF is sooooooooo much better.

Personally I think they taste like chalk. I can't even get the grandchildren to eat them and they will usually eat ANYTHING.

Wow, that is cheap!! They are $2.99 for a 4 pack here.... I like them but look for sales.

My favorite is the vanilla with homemade whipped cream on top!

wow...I had the oppostie reaction to the ones I've tried. I've tried the peach and raspberry and found them way too intensely sweet.

I thinned mine with the Total greek yogurt which is quite sour...then they were fine.

I like these as a breakfast chocie now and then, but for some reason i do get more cravings with them than if I eat a meaty or eggy breakfast.
