soy protein isolate question

there are a couple of recipes that i want to try that ask for soy protein isolate.

i was looking on-line at different brands. on the nutrition label of one brand, it says that it has 0g carbs and 0g fiber. on the nutrition label of another brand, it says it has 5g carbs and 5g of fiber.

i know they are different brands, but shouldn't they be at least somewhat similar. i don't understand how one brand could have fiber and the other not.

i would also be interested if anyone had a brand they could recommend.

any input would be appreciated.
thanks!!

The USDA site says it has 7.36 carbs and 5.6 grams fiber for 100 grams (about 3.5 ounces). Not quite zero net carbs, but close.
