Fried Chicken for Dummies (me)
Hi all, I need help. I know it is a sin to be a Georgia girl and not know how to fry chicken, but I just don't know how.
My husband prefers boneless, skinless breasts and I would like to fry them up like fried chicken. I know to put an egg wash on them and then coat in pork rinds or LC breadcrumbs, but then what? How much oil? What temp? And especially, how long for boneless, skinless breasts? How long for bone-in chicken parts? Sorry for all the questions, but I know there are some fantastic cooks on here with all the right answers! Thanks, Mia
