I have some ideas for your dips. How about making Dottie's Gelatin Fluff or a pumpkin or chocolate mousse to use as dip? Alternatively, you may want to make some LC whipped cream and use some SF vanilla yogurt in equal parts as a master dip recipe and then split it up to make the following variations-
Maple- add SF maple syrup or extract with nutmeg add Cinnamon add Pumpkin pie spice or SF apple cider mix, apple pie spice Chocolate- add SF hot cocoa mix, chocolate sauce and/ or chocolate protein powder Eggnog- add the proportions of spices from your favorite recipe Or use any SF coffee syrups for flavor Fruit dips are good with sour cream, whipped cream, cream cheese, ricotta or cottage cheese or LC yogurt as a base. Why not look at allrecipes.com to find a basic recipe that appeals to you and then vary it with the above flavors and LC ingredients? HTH, let us know what you try. What's popluar with my family - add kookaid to whipped cream in whatever flavor you like. Orange is particularly nice with berries, apples and pears.
I like your suggestions, mommedawne! ![]() |
