Pork Rind Flour is just pork rinds ground up. I use the food processor to fix mine. It will look somewhat like brown sugar. There are all kinds of recipes to use it in. Mock French Toast, pancakes, cakes, coating for meats, etc. Hope this helps.

I used these in salmon patties for dinner tonight. I like to put them in a ziploc bag then crunch them up very fine. It just saves me not getting out the food processor and no clean up after.

The poor college student method of making it is putting the pork rinds in a gallon zip lock bag, getting as much air out as possible, and taking a rolling pin to it. It works pretty well and is a great place to vent some frustrations.
