BBQ
Is there anything that I can substitue for brown sugar. I thought I read somewhere that was an artifical sweeter for brown sugar. My mom receipe for BBQ I think could be low carb, if I could replace the Brown sugar.
Guess I better check is a small amount of onions and garlic ok? |

Steel's Gourmet makes a wonderful brownsugar from Maltitol. Some people like SugarTwin brown sugar available at your grocery or you might consider subbing the brown sugar with sf maple syrup

For every half cup of Brown Sugar required in your recipe, use regular granular Splenda, and add 2 tablespoons of Molasses.
