How do you measure measure an ounce?

I want to measure an Oz of stevia powder to make it liquid per Lowcarbman, but dont know how to measure it
Can I use the markings on my baby bottle to measure an oz or is that only for fluid????

Ok, thanx for the reply.

I just went and got the jar and lo-and-behold it is already 1oz. LOL, who wouldve guessed. It is the same as yours, NOW brand. They sure do waste a lot of space in the packageing dont they. It is about a 1/4 full. I am going to try it your method and make it liquid. I tried it in a recipe and didnt like how bitter it was. I know a little goes a long way, but it was yuckas!
Thanks again. Oh by the way 2 things ... mine was about 9.00 at my local store ---ugh
And wanted to say hi to a fellow wa****************onian. I am originally from Bellingham .....havent lived there in 20 years tho. Miss it terribly.
