Italian Ice Recipes

I just bought a Rival Sno-Cone/Italian Ice machine. I've only tried SF raspberry syrup. Would like suggestions for other things to try with other flavors that are your favorites.

The last one I made was with Torani's "Black Cherry"...very good. I also like Davinci's "Grape".

As a kid we used to get chocolate Italian ice at the back of Million dollar pier in Atlantic City...haven't been able to duplicate this one yet...if anyone has any ideas.....

I have an ice shaver that I've never used, and it's probably time to dig it out and work on some summertime treats.

Question, though.......are you using ONLY the SF syrup, or do you mix it with water or something else before freezing??

Since I've never made any of these, I just don't know! Thanks...

Today I found Torani SF coffee and peach at Old World Market. Can't wait to try them.

I don't water them down....just pour over the shaved ice.
