So far I've tried Banana and White Chocolate. They are both good. I use the White Chocolate to make iced mochas, the banana was good in shakes. Have but haven't tried yet: Caramel, Vanilla, and two other flavors which I can't remember (they came in a small set and I haven't opened it yet).

If it was easier to find, I'd make French Vanilla a staple in my pantry--right next to the boxes of Splenda!

puttchikins...what are doing with the eggnog?? I bought it, but havent used it yet.
I love the spiced chai concentrate...not caffiene free, however. I add hot water and then some half and half...oh yum. I am so bad that when I want a mug of it, I make myself drink 24 ounces of water first...otherwise, that's all I would drink. |

I have never had B-52 what is that flavor like. Me I have Rootbeer love it. Great with a Vanilla Atkins shake to make a rootbeer float. And just tried Kalua today that is yummy. Also I have Cola flavor when I want a coke, mix it with club soda. because i cannot locate diet rite here.

I'm curious. What do you all do with the B52? I just received the banana (for muffins), raspberry (for cheesecake), and vanilla, but haven't had time to do anything with them, yet.

We have 7 flavors right now: vanilla, French vanilla, amaretto (almond liqueur), raspberry, black cherry, hazelnut, and chocolate.
Usually, I put them in coffee, especially the hazelnut, vanilla, and amaretto. With cream, they taste just like those expensive Starbuck's coffees. Plus, by using liquid Splenda, you save 1 carb per mug! Powdered Splenda is 1 carb per packet, but the liquid stuff has no filler and therefore no carbs. I've substituted French Vanilla syrup for granulated Splenda in a cheesecake recipe and it turned out heavenly. Pour some syrup over 2 oz of cream cheese and eat it up. Filling, LC, and delicious. I use the Fr. vanilla and it's a killer.

My family really loves Butter Rum flavor in my muffin recipe. The only flavors I haven't liked have been buttered popcorn and peanut butter. They both had a strange aftertaste to me. Now I am reluctant to try anything too wild.

I am doing the yogurt fast so I use the B52 in the yo cheese, which basically drained Dannon natural plain. Delish.
And I have used the blueberry in beachgirls cheesecake. Actually all the flavors go with the yogurt. Thanks for the peanut butter comment. i think i will hold off. |

Their website lists this as the description of B-52:
B-52: Named for the famous bar drink made from Kahlúa liqueur, Irish Cream and Grand Marnier. This non-alcoholic syrup is a combination of coffee, Irish Cream and a hint of orange flavor. |

Wow, this is my favorite subject!!! I LOVE Davinci Syrup!! I just finished my 2oz heavy cream, 6 oz water, 2 oz Chai - it is heavenly!!!
I make Cappachino milkshakes with Atkins Capp. shake mix, cream, Davinci Chocolate & Kahalua, decaf instant cofee and crushed ice in the blender - very addictive!! Use the Irish Creme with seltzer water (and sometimes a dash of cream) for cream sodas. The Lemon Tea is REALLY good, just mix with water and ice. Vanilla - for anything and everything. Hazelnut - in my coffee. Carmel - just got it, trying to come up with a snickers type milkshake with chocolate and hazelnut. Coconut - used it in the coconut blender cake (to make muffins) and was really good. Trying to come up with a Mounds type milkshake with it too. Can you tell I'm addicted!!!????? Christine

My favorite is SF Chai tea. I replaced my Trader Joe's Chai Tea drink that had 25 carbs alone in the tea. Before Atkins I would drink 3 to 4 cups of TJ's a day. Now it's a splash of Chai, some (not much)heavy cream, splenda and water. I bought the last one at Marshall's and went back to find they had replaced it with sugared Chai. I hunted around Sacramento and could not find it so I paniced thinking it was discontinued. But I found it on one of the websites and bought multiples.

I add about 1 TBL of any flavor syrup to my 32 oz water bottle. People pay good $ for flavored water (Fruitopia is one I think).
It takes away the boredom of just plain water. The Orange flavor reminds me of Tang - I'll drink that sometimes at breakfast. My current stock consists of: Raspberry, De Luce, Strawberry, Vanilla, B52, Orange.I also use the "flavor of the moment" in cheesecakes and mix them with cream cheese. |

I have the vanilla, white chocolate, hazelnut, dulche de lece (caramel taste) and the peanut butter. I use the vanilla all the time in muffin receipes, also use the white chocolate and hazelnut in muffin receipes and i use all 3 mixed with either cottage cheese or ricotta with cinnamon, yummy. I used the caramel one over beach girls cheesecake. I haven't used the peanut butter one, does anyone have any suggestions on what to use this one in? maybe i will make some sort of peanut butter muffin receipe using that and some ss peanut butter. I have been reading alot that people dont like the peanut butter one, i hope i do!

Where are you getting them?
I've been reading here how the Davinci syrups are great. I've been looking all over my area and asking about them - but no body sells it. Are any stores selling them, or is the product only available through the net?

They have a new sugar free chocolate dessert sauce! It's great & has the same consistency as Hershey's syrup! We go through a lot of the vanilla syrup (for those "vanilla colas", for flavoring whipped cream, for cheesecakes, etc.) and cherry syrup (for "cherry colas"), and we've recently acquired some of the root beer and cola flavored syrups. The orange syrup is nice for chicken stir fries & ham (the cherry syrup works for ham too), but my FAVORITE is the Danish Pastry flavored syrup... put a little in some decaf coffee, add some cream... who need dessert?

This website turned me on to the Davincini syrups and they are great. I use chocolate in iced (or hot) decafe coffee with heavy cream, I use raspberry with sparkeling water and a dash of heavy creame (Italian Soda) and love the Chai with water and heavy cream. Just bought french vanilla toda (Toroni because they didn't have davincini) and had it with my iced coffee and cream--it's 95 degrees outside and this hit the spot.

Hey Spiderdust
Thank goodness it's cooled off. Going to get hot agin this weekend however. Do you get your syrups at Cash and Carry? They are only $3.59 each for the large bottles. If you want to get together for an exercise walk some morning, PM me. YvonneM |

I get the DaVinci syrups from the DaVinci website & the Torani syrups from Smart & Final.
Luckily I'll be out of town over the weekend so I'll miss the heat! ![]() |
