What can I use this Atkins Cappucino and Bake mix for??

ok... I have a whole canister of Atkins Bake Mix, and Akins Cappucino Mix. I can't stand the taste of it. Does anyone have any good recipes that I might be able to use it... something that taste 1/2 way decent. PLEASE?????????

Check out Sherrilee's website (just find any of her posts for the link) and recipes. The waffle buns and burger buns call for bake mix, and they're both awesome--really!! You don't even know they have that nasty bake mix in them!!

As for the cappuccino stuff.....is it shake mix or drink mix?? (I don't buy many ready-made products, so I don't know for sure) If it's shake mix, I'd try mixing it with something else to make a shake--coffee & cream with splenda, maybe. Or cream, davinci syrup, the shake mix and ice cubes??

Go to the recipe room for the recipe for Darnuts. That's a donut recipe that calls for shake mix in the batter. They're good, too, and I imagine the cappuccino taste wouldn't hurt anything! You can use the batter for other things, too--even homemade funnel cakes!

That's about all I can come up with....hope others can help!
