Sunbeam Oskar Food Processor
My mom gave me an old Sunbeam Oskar Food Processor (never been used) but there isn't a instruction manual. I know most things are easy to figure out but I was wondering if anyone knew where I could get an instruction manual for it? It only has two blades (S-blade) and one from the picture looks like for grating cheese and the like. I've never used a food processor (and this male is culinary challenged) so in the event I can't locate a manual what would you use the two blades for?

We have an Oskar. One unit is for shredding cheese, cabbage, etc., the other unit is for chopping. You can chop onions, nuts, peppers, garlic, ice, anything at all. Just put the food in there, push the little button on and off to pulse the blades until you get the texture you want. Be careful not to chop the onions too fine, they get bitter if over-processed.

I don't know if this is the model you have, but you can down load one here:
