If you are doing induction - try and work through it the cravings will sort of go away.

If you can get away with sugar free chocolate - I highly recommend Russell Stoves - French Mint, or Reeses SF Peanut Butter Cups and also Carbolite bars are really good. I can't even have them in my house, I am definately addicated to those. Especially the mint and the crispy ones.

Enjoy

Make yourself a Mock Danish:

Mix up an egg with two or so ounces of cream cheese. (You have to mix it really well. To this, add half a packet of Splenda and a sprinkle of cinnamon. Nuke for about 90 seconds. If you have to have a chocolate fix, add about 1/2 a tablespoon of cocoa powder (minimal carbs), and the whole packet of Splenda). This is pretty much induction friendly. HTH

If you're really craving strongly, I'd suggest eating some more fatty foods like cream, cream cheese, salad dressings (as a dip with veggies?) - that sort of thing.

Giving in to cravings just fuels them, and that can be a terrible trap.

If you absolutely HAVE to have something sweet, make this:

Cream cheese (1 block)
Splenda (4-5 packets)
Coco Powder (1 tablespoon)

Make sure the cream cheese is softened, then mix all ingredients together. Tastes like chocolate cheesecake. Whenever I'm craving something sweet, I eat two spoonfuls of this to help me out.

I believe the whole thing works out to be 15 carbs, but you can EASILY get 15 servings out of it ....... if you do it a spoonful at a time.

Today when I wanted something sweet and chocolate-I made up my chocolate protein drink added 1 raw egg, put it in my food processor, mixed it up very well, then put the drink into my little ice cream freezer that you keep the tub in the freezer. (this is the type you don't need ice or salt to make ice cream.) I had chocalte ice cream and a lot of protein with only 2 carbs!! Warm day-certainly tasted good and cold!!
