Need ideas for meals to prepare ahead and freeze, please

My life seems to be getting busier by the day as my kids are getting older and one of the things that keeps me from sticking with this woe is quick meal preparation. I already know to cook up chicken breasts and ground beef and freeze that, but I need more ideas for veggies and other meats. Any quick preparation methods or make ahead and freeze ideas would be very welcomed.

I try and be real organized also- I really don't have time during the week to do much more than microwave something for dinner. I take breakfast and lunch with me to work. I make up and freeze--

- meatballs (just had some for lunch)
- crustless quiche
- slices of meatloaf
- sandwich bags with 1/4 cup of strawberries or blueberries
- waffles
- bead
- muffins
- almost any meat or chicken dish I've made for dinner...I always make extra to freeze- frquently I make my own little TV dinners out of these
- One night last week I had an omelet for dinner- I just doubled the receipe and took half for breakfast- it heated up nicely.
- I buy bags of prepared salad and take that to work (and also eat it at home.)
- I roast a bunch of vegetables (very easy and quick) and nibble on that during the week
- sometimes I make a batch of faux potatoes or fried cabbage and nibble on that all week.

I have frozen lasagna made with cabage instead of lasagna noodles.

I make calzones with the keto pizza crust mix, peporoni and cheese and freeze them uncooked. You have to be able to pop them in the oven, but they turn out great.

My husband will also barbeque a brisquet for me and I will freeze it in individual portions.

Spagetti sauce freezes really well and I made the homemade pasta and cooked it and frozen it in individual portions and it reheats very well in the microwave.
