I'm extremely happy if my pics helped/inspired anyone to stay on track and live a healthier life style.

I find it sad that there is such a strong mental perception of our selves being "fat" that when i look in the mirror , i look the same as i ever did even though i can tell i'm thinner and none of my cloths fit but the pictures help reenforce the fact that there is a real change in my body.

Congratulations!! Great job!! And I agree w. you about it taking time for our mind's eye to catch up with our real bodies. (actually, it works both ways, gaining weight it takes a while for us to catch on too ). Pictures help a lot too. Keep looking at them and it'll sink in.
