Guys who have lost at least 100 pounds

So my husband and I were looking through threads last night of before and after pics. He really enjoyed the men who have lost as much as he's needing to. But there really wasn't many. So I was hoping the men could post before and after pictures in this thread with this information:

The weight you are in the pictures you posted,

your height and age.

Hi! I, too am appproaching 30 and I KNOW it is time for a change! I starting VLC eating on the first of this month and so far I've lost 5.5 lbs. I'm very excited and it's teaching me to cook as well! Oh, and my resting heart rate has been on average 107 and hopefully that will go down, too. Thanks for posting your story!!! : )

That is one thing I think that has been the best on my heart... it can't be good for it to CONSTANTLY beat that fast

... I would be laying there in bed and could feel my heart just beating like a drum. It was one of the things that scared me to death and got me going on my journey!

I started at 360 LB July 1, 2008 and today Sept 18, 2009 i'm at 224 feel like a new man. So keep up the great work I'm into size 38 pants now Dan

I can get on your blog okay, but when I click to see your story, I get a page that says my server won't allow? Don't know much on how to handle that or what to do.

I am looking for results closer to 30 or 40 pounds but I can't seem to get into Ketosis. I may not know enough about portion control.
