Just Sharing My Story

Hi everyone,

I am new to this forum so I thought I would share with you my story. I struggle with my weight, a lot! I am up and down like a yo yo. When life is going great, which it is at the moment, I am down to the weight I want to be. It took me three years of dieting to finally find something that worked for me, I lost 28lbs in a short space of time when I started to cut out my carbs in the evening. I still had to exercise, I don't like going to the gym so I go for a walk a few times a week.

I have joined this forum to give support and to get the support I need to keep the weight off so that when I am down I don't start the downward spiral and binge eat.

Hey Jane!

I am also new to this forum I am on a Wendy Chant's low carb diet. I have been on this diet 6 weeks this week. Wierd thing is I have only lost 3 pounds but my husband has lost 15. I have lost a lot of inches as I can wear some pants that I could not wear before. I too struggle with my weight since I gave birth 6 months ago. I am about 30 pounds overweight and I just can not seem to get it to go away Good luck with your diet and congrats on the success that you have had so far Hope to hear from you and others soon!!
