is it ever ok to go "off" the diet?

[COLOR="Purple"][B][B][SIZE="4"]hi everyone, I tried atkins about four years ago and lost ninety three pounds in one year. since then I've been off and on again but I always lose more than I gain. I restarted in earnest a couple of months ago and have stalled for about the last month... I rarely cheat and don't stray far from what's allowed in the induction phase but I can't seem to get it going again. I've heard that it's good to "go off" the diet once in a while and then re-start induction and that it gives you a boost akin to when you are first starting out. any thoughts?
