120 pounds gone

I hadn't always been overweight. I spent most of my childhood and early adulthood as an athlete. I was always so busy playing sports and working out that I could eat alot and not gain weight. When I got pregnant with my son in 1998 things began to go downhill. I only gained 29 lbs with my pregnancy but for some reason I completely let myself go afterwards. I began my LC journey June 2003 wearing a size 22 and 2x.

This board has been so instrumental in my success. I post daily and find that reading about others triumphs has motivated me to lose the weight. Today I am wearing a size 6 (and can squeeze into size 4).

I am more energetic, confident and feel good about myself now. I used to shy away from people and certain social situations. Now I am a big flirt!

Don't give up because it CAN happen!

Can you please tell. What was your beginning weight and height (then and now, lol)?

I have about 120 lbs to loss and you are am inspiration.

seriously you're an HUGE inspiration in a TINY body! It's amazing how weight loss takes like 15 years off someone's looks...You are AMAZING!
