Actually I gained a bit back, about 12 lb and am working of getting that off. I am in a challenge on the challenge board and that helps a lot. I use ****** and I'm also a spinning instructor so I exercise a lot. right now I am actually making a transition to add carbs back in so I'm climing the carb ladder. I am also read the BFFM ebook. Because I do such intense exercise, I need to be more in a moderate carb state. Challenges are great way to stay motivated. Check out the challenge board.

Basically, this is it: Breakfast – 4 oz. protein (from the GS list), 1 fruit choice Lunch – 4 oz. protein, 8 oz. cooked veg, 8 oz. raw veg., 1 T of fat Dinner – 4 oz. protein, 8 oz. cooked veg, 12 oz. raw veg., 3 T fat The website is greysheet.org if you are interested in finding out more about it. this is an excellent plan and it works, however, it's not for everyone. There are many good plans out there and support of some kind really helps. Portion control is a key for me. I also stay plugged into a challenge on the challenge board. Check it out and I'm sure that tomorrow there will be even more. In fact, I'm starting a new one called "get off that roller coaster ride" tomorrow. Come join us. Accountability helps. Good luck. |

Thanks guys. It's a never ending struggle though. One thing that I've learned is that you never ARRIVE. It's a steady journey. Strategy and planning ahead are a real key to success.
