Great news today!!

Hello all! today is my birthday and when I got on the scale, (drum roll please)

it said 337lb down from 361 on 2/16/06 for a total of 24lbs gone for ever, thanks to all during my 2 week stall and the encouragement given to me!

first of all

a day late.. and congrats on weight loss.. stalls can be infuriating huh.. all that work and no results.. sometimes the body just needs to adjust.. I weigh daily but only post it weekly.. what seems like slow weight loss always looks better that way..lol

Congrats on the pounds loss. Hope you had a lowcarb birthday. Yesterday was also my birthday. Instead of food I celebrated with a movie. We must keep on trucking with getting the pounds off.

You are doing great - and I just know you have to be so happy. Keep up the good work and by this time next year - you will be a new person. Just think how your body must be thanking you. Your healthier today than you were a month ago.
