Thanks for sharing your incredible weight loss journey with us. Nothing motivates me more than seeing the success of others. You are right about a great deal of negative responses when you mention you are low-carbing it. I recently told my friend what I was doing, and she told me it was not a good way to go and that I should try low fat. I HAVE tried low fat, and it never works because I always feel deprived. How can I feel deprived now when I can slap steaks on the table and not feel guilty about it?
