This is where I am so far on my journey. I still have a long way to go but I will get there.

Keep in mind that during this period I have only lost just under 6 pounds (5.95 to be exact)

Way to go!!!! I can see a difference with just that 6 pound loss!!! I need to lose about the same amount of weight as you.
