92 pound loss!

[COLOR=royalblue]Hi everyone, thanks so much for reading this story. My mom is not a member here, but I am so proud of her I had to show you her before and after pictures. My mom is turning 50 this year and has been in a rut for about 4 months. She has not been able to lose any weight. Anyone that has any suggestions, please let us know! She has been on Atkins and loves this WOE. It works if you do it right!!!

Anyway the first two pics were of her at 300 lbs and the last pictures are of her after her 92 lb lost. I will be emailing her any comments you guys give her for support. She has battled her weight all her life and has finally reached a size she is ok with but needs to loose another 30 lbs. Thanks for any kind words![/COLOR]

Your Mom looks WONDERFUL, and so much happier after losing 92 lbs, imagine how she would look and FEEL after she got to goal

We are trying to figure out why she has been stalled for so long. She only needs about 30 more lbs and she would be at goal. I feel she isn't eating enough during the day and going too long between meals, sometimes skipping meals entireley.

Your mom looks great and should be so proud of herself. I just know that she will make her goal. Look at those beautiful grandchildren she has to live for.

it takes alot of self determination and willpower to lose weight...she looks fantabulous!!!GREAT JOB
