Banana Popsicles

This is my favorite flavor....any ideas how I could make it with Davinci's sugar free syrup??? Thought about using a little Keto Shake powder in it.

I was thinking...how about using Sugar Free vanilla pudding with Davinci's banana syrup or SF banana pudding put in popsicle
forms??? I'm not sure how you would do a banana popsicle
that is like a popsicle...You might try water, banana syrup, and
some plain gelatin and freeze it, or some cream added to the
water...If you do water, bsyrup, it might be like an icecube on
a stick...

Here is my recipe for making popsicles. The key ingredient is the guar gum, which keeps the mixture from crystallizing.

Popsicles

2 cups water
1.5 tsp Guar Gum
1 pkg Kool Aid
1/2 tsp beverage concentrate to match Kool Aid(or use another half pkg of Kool Aid)
Sweetener to taste
1 TBL glycerine if desired

Mix guar gum with a whisk into cold water. When absorbed, add remaining ingredients. Pour into molds and freeze. Yummy.

I don't know about making popsicles, but DaVinci over shaved ice makes a GREAT snowcone... I've got to get some Root Beer & Banana syrups (or make my own...), as I LOVE those flavors in popsicles! But Raspberry & Rasberry/Vanilla are wonderful on warm days!

Great idea, Diznee. How do you shave your ice??? Don't tell me I have to buy another machine to put in my cupboard.

Mom gave me her hand-crank ice shaver a couple of years ago - works great. I've seen some new ones by Rival and Bed, Bath & Beyond for $9.95 this year. (And I KNOW about the cupboard space! )

I suppose you could try crushing it in blender or food processor... maybe that would work? Or, heck... if you're having a bad day, a ziploc bag & a hammer! LOL!
