zoodles

I keep hearing about these zoodles. I have also heard that you can dehydrated them and use later. How does one dehydrate in the oven and what are some of your favorite recipes?

I do not recall dehydrating zoodles. Did you search the Board for the zoodles threads? You may find a mention in some of those posts.

I believe Jhober pasted a recipe for either cereal or granola that was dehydrated and it used zucchini.

I dehydrate zucchini chips and make others chips using zucchini.

I love zoodles. Use a potato peeler to try your hand at zoodles, then steam for about 3 mins. To see if you want a zoodle maker.

Oooh, the zucchini chips sound AMAZING!! How thinly do you slice them and do you dehydrate them in the oven or do you use a dehydrator?

Thanks!

I slice about 1/4 inch thick. I use my dehydrator. You can do it in the oven also.

Thanks Esther! I think I might do this. They would be great with a LC onion dip!
