you can eat them for snacks or you can spread a laughing cow on them and use them for a wrap around lunchmeat

oh good thinking..easier would be to heat the laughing cow and dip the sea weed

they are pretty thin and crumbly

I have eaten a whole package and need to put them away..could be addictive for sure

They are really good crushed and sprinkled on salad. I've also used them to hold my egg roll mix in the bigger ones.

Aren't they great??!! My 8 year old son can finish 2-3 packs in a sitting. He loves them and we let him eat as much as he wants as it is very healthy! My husband is trying to get me to eat more of these as well. I have a thyroid issue (hypothyroidism) and seaweed is great for that.

Add water and eat em by the bowl full...
Get the Nori rolls and make your own sushi without rice.
Take an avocado,1/4 to half a zucchini, some garlic, jalepeno and what other spices you like and blend it all up then spread some a on Nori roll add thin sliced veggies you like and a sliver of salmon or your fav raw fish and roll it up. Tamari sauce is low carb as well for soy sauce
