Best coconut flour brand

If you've been around the coconut flour block...what is your favorite brand?

I keep trying different brands. Some are chalky. Some create a spongier final product. Some aren't ground very finely. Some taste too coconutty... I often use it for thickening (as well as baking) so I can really taste the properties of the coconut flour.

I had some way back that was great (none of above) and when I finished the batch - I had forgotten the brand.

Thanks guys!

Mine is Better Body Foods, organic and I have used Bob's red mill . Those are the ones I like.

I did try one that was not organic but it said it was. I got instantly sick so it was not organic.I only try 1 new food at a time.

I use Coconut Secret, although I did discover Arrowhead Mills has an organic coconut flour (although it isn't even listed on their website??)

I use Betterbody coconut flour and I get it for less than $4 from Sam's Club for 2.25 pounds. I have only ever used the bulk bin coconut flour from Sprouts, and I find the Betterbody vastly superior.
