Recipes using Lemon or Lemon Flavoring?

Hello everyone!

I'm new here and just starting LC (under 20 daily) and I'm glad you all are here to help me along the way - I've been hanging out in the recipe section and have found some great recipes!!

Does anyone have any TNT for lemon dessert? I tried doing a search in the recipe area, but no matter what I type in, it always shows no results

Thanks in advance!

btw... I started LC on Saturday and I'm down 5 lbs this morning!

Thanks, Caroline!

VERY helpful - I love lemon, but my friend/neighbor does as well. Since she's diabetic and should be eating more low carb, I'm trying to help her by having her over for meals, etc. So, I figured if I made a lemon dessert, she'd be happy with that!

Wow, we are neighbors - and I love that you knit, too!

Our oldest daughter is in Portsmouth - she's an RN at Portsmouth Regional.

I have a mug in a minute (or two) that I like but it uses a Meyer Lemon in Oil so not sure how it would be with other Lemon flavors.

Meyer Lemon Mug Cake – Low Carb & Gluten Free
Ingredients
¾ cup almond flour
2T Davinci's SF Vanilla Syrup
1T Meyer Lemon Extract
1 tsp baking powder
Pinch salt
2 tbsp butter, melted
1 large egg

Instructions
1.In a medium bowl melt butter
2. Add rest of ingredients and stir until well combined.
3.Divide mixture between two microwave-safe mugs and microwave each separately for 1 minute and 20 seconds. (I use one big mug for 2 min use a toothpick test).
4.Remove and top with lemon cream cheese topping and whipped cream.
