Help with Gluocomannan

Making brocoli cheese soup, adding this to thicken. How munch and how do I add in?

I cant give you an amount, because I have it in a shaker and I sprinkle it in.

Start with a little bit- put the shaker in one hand, and a whisk or spoon in the other. Stir, stir, stir to avoid clumps. Sprinkle, stir, watch and repeat. It does not take much, and too much causes a very strange slimy mouth feel.
