Convert Drops of Stevia to Drops of Sucralose?

Hi All,

I'm making the lemon Cheesecake bars from All day I dream about food. For the crust the recipe calls for 15 drops of Stevia and the cheesecake part calls for a 1/4 tsp of Stevia.

I have yet to find a liquid Stevia I like so I use Liquid Sucralose (Ez Sweetz)...anyone one can help me with converting?

15 drops Liquid Stevia = ? Drops Ez Sweetz?
1/4 tsp Liquid Stevia = ? of Ez Sweetz?

I know the author said 1/4 tsp of Liquid Stevia would be like 1/4 cup of sugar. The Ez Sweetz bottle says a 1/2 cup of sugar is 1/4 tsp...so I'm thinking it would be 1/8 tsp?

I'm completely lost on the drops.

Any help greatly appreciated!!

All stevias seem to be different, but I usually substitute 1 for 1 in Carolyn's recipes. You should taste the batter. If the eggs bother you, add them last, after tasting. I do this all the time for her recipes, especially chocolate, because I like my desserts sweeter than she does.

Sweetleaf seems to be slightly less sweet than EZ-Sweetz (the big bottle). 10 drops EZ-Sweetz might be 12 or 13 Sweetleaf?

I always like it when they say what the sugar equivalency should be in a recipe, then it's easier to figure out. I guess it all depends on which bottle is EZ-Sweetz you have. If it's the small 1/2 oz. bottle it's 1 drop = 2 teaspoons of sugar; then there's the larger bottle (2 oz.) that's 1 drop per teaspoon. 16 tablespoons in a cup = 48 teaspoons/cup. Then just break it down. 1/4 cup is 4 tablespoons so that would be 12 teaspoons or 6 drops from the small 1/2 oz. bottle.

I also have a problem with the stevia to sucralose conversion since different stevias have different directions.
