3 ingredient recipe

Not sure where to post this now as the last post in that section was back in 2013.
I found this recipe in a women's magazine and tried it today in my crock-pot.

So easy. I cooked it too long but it is still a keeper. It made lots of liquid so I used it for gravy (thickened it with a roux and added a bit of gravy browning)

"Bacon Wrapped Chicken"

1 skinless, boneless chicken breast
2 strips (no sugar added) bacon
some jalapeno or rosemary sprigs (optional)

Heat oven to 350' Top chicken with jalapeno or rosemary, wrap with bacon and place in baking dish. Bake 'til juices run clear - 30-35 minutes. Or prep in skillet on stovetop. Cook in oil of your choice for about 7-12 minutes per side.
Serves one.
