Hershey's SF chocolate syrup is better

My LC doctor told me about this..They changed the sweetener to sorbitol, while not perfect, it is not bad and lower carbs.

That's interesting, Carolyn - I'll be checking it out next time in the store.

Oh please no... going to check bottle....

Mine still says erythritol (whew!).

I do know the generics are not erythritol.

I'd love to buy a chocolate syrup with erythritol - which brand is this?

Opps, begging your pardon, mine says erythritol, too. I took the word from my LC doctor without looking at the label. Sorry. but even better!!!

I'm now one happier chocoholic. Will look for this product this weekend. Well done Hershey's and thanks for letting us know!

Yes, the strawberry is made with erythritol. I found some at Walmart, but it's not reliably there.

The SF Hershey's chocolate syrup has been made with erythritol for at least a couple of years. Got a bottle in my fridge that is several months old, and it has been the same since I started buying it. It does have enough sucralose that it tastes funny to me, and downright bitter if I use it with anything else with sucralose, but I am very sensitive to that.

I'm surprised to hear about the strawberry, I've never even seen a sugar free strawberry one in any brand. I'll be looking now.

One of the few things I don't buy the generic version of!
