Sol De Oro Low Carb Tortillas

Anyone else tried these? Very good low carb tortillas - only 2 net carbs for a pretty good size. I like them a lot more than any other of the low carb tortillas I've tried. They're thinner and not cardboardy in taste and texture. Got them at SaveMart at 1/2 the price of any of the other low carb tortillas.

They just seem almost too good to be true. I did the hidden carbs calculator and it comes out right. The one thing I don't like is the soy protein isolate but it's one of the last ingredients and I'm not really sure how good or bad that might be.

Tapatia also makes a hot sauce which is used in many Mexican restaurants around
here in San Juan Capistrano. Probably a very legimate company,

Good to know Barbo. I just looked at the about info on their website and it looks like they've been around for 60 years so that's reassuring. I made a wrap with one today - didn't heat it up or do anything to it and it was very good. I hate La Tortilla and Mission makes my stomach hurt for some reason so this is quite a find for me.

I don't see how they can be low carb when the main ingredients are:

Whole Wheat Flour, Modified Food Starch, Vital Wheat Gluten, Rolled Oats, Honey

I wouldn't trust the label.
