Orange dreamsicles

I made some ice-cream bars yesterday to help with this summer heat, 3 net per bar, I got 6 bars with this recipe. It taste like a orange dreamsicle. I had been making these for the grandkids in many flavors, so I did the math for me and 3 net is good. I got the pop makers at the dollar tree store. I am in love with the super strength flavors of Lorann extracts, the tiny bottles. I made the best butterscotch pudding using the butterscotch flavor. No pudding making right now though (laugh).

Recipe is:
1 can coconut milk
1/3 cup cream
1/3 cup sf orange V8 splash
1 sf orange kool-aid pk
2-3 drops orange lorann oil extract
1 splenda quick pk, (can use liquid = 1 cup)
whisk well and fill popsicle molds

Debbie...

Wow, those sound easy and good! I think I still have a popsicle maker someplace - will have to go dig it out!

Thanks Tater!

Those sound great! I gave my ice pop maker away last fall - but I'll check Dollar Tree, I'd be willing to shell out another buck for these!

I bought my pop makers today, had to go to two Dollar Trees to find them. I think I have everything else -- need to check on coconut milk, I don't use it often. Tater, I'm assuming you mean the kind in the can. I have some Silk Almond Coconut but I'm thinking I can't use that. I should be making these later this week, I'll let you know.

No cream!, to me the coconut only is too strong, but it sounds like you liked it anyways, so that's good

These sound delicious, Debbie! Dreamsicles were always a childhood favorite. I'll try these!
