Can't find waffle recipe.

I saw a waffle recipe a while back and wanted to give it a try but never got around to it. I thought I had book marked it but obviously not.

The recipe had mozzarella cheese in it, which sounds strange but it got really good reviews. If someone could help I'd really appreciate it. Thanks.

Savory Cheese Chive Waffles Cleo
1 cup processed, raw cauliflower (should resemble coarse crumbs)
1 cup processed mozzarella shredded cheese
1/3 cup Parmesan cheese/shredded
2 eggs
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp pepper
1 Tbsp chives
Fresh parsley, optional
Sun-dried tomatoes, optional
Heat waffle maker. Add scant 1/4 cups filled with batter on the griddle. Set the timer for 4-6 minutes, peeking after minute four. If the waffle maker sticks, cook slightly longer. Remove once cooked. Cool on a plate. Refrigerate remaining

is that it? it's one of cleochatra's recipes

Thanks, but that's not it. The one I'm looking for also has vital wheat gluten in it.

That would be BettyR's Amazing Waffles - let me see if I can find it for you, Gwen!

OK, turned this up:

Betty R's Famous Waffles Attn: Charski

It has the original recipe in the first post. They ARE amazing!

Yes, that's it. Thank you!!!! My computer is broken and I'm using my son's tablet while he gets the parts to fix my computer. I'm just barely able to peck my way around on a computer and I find this tablet very confusing. So like Blanche Dubois I'm depending on the kindness of strangers. Lol Thank you again.

Betty R's waffles are awesome. Even carb eaters don't know they are low carb.
