my 3 ingredient lc crispbread / cereal, gluten free

Ingredients:
1. 200 grams of sesamseeds
2. 200 grams sunflowerseeds
3. 3 eggs
4. 1dl water

If you get tired of this you can add different seeds or add nutts!

take the seeds and mix it with 3eggs and 1dl water in a bowl, let it rest 10minutes. Press The mixture on a bakingplate(with coockie sheet etc) as flat as u want the crispbread.Put it in the oven on about 320F/160C, depending on The oven. After 30 min cut The crispbread with a pizzaslicer/knife in The size you want. Put it in The oven again, let it cook in the oven for about 1-2 hours. The crispbread is suppose to Get dried, and not "baked".

If you lift the crispbread up you should see that they are dried underneath, not moist.Dont be afraid to open the oven while you cook it, it lets the moist out and it gets dried much quicker!

This is an interesting recipe, and sounds like a nice crispy type of cracker.

After checking, I found out that 200 grams is about 7/8 cup, and 1 dl is about .40 cup of water. And the oven temp is about 320 F.

I will probably try this in a toaster oven on parchment paper. I may have to try a lower oven temperature. I wonder if egg whites would work, but will try the 3 regular eggs first. Thanks for the idea!

And thank you, creativelc, for doing the conversions. I love seedy crackers and crispbreads.
